Clear clutter, note the rooms, then request a visit.

1. Clear floors and counters in the rooms to be cleaned if you can.
2. Secure valuables and note fragile items.
3. Keep children and pets away from wet floors and cleaning products.
4. Have any landlord move-out checklist ready if this is a move-out clean.
5. Send the request form.
6. Agree products, keys and entry in writing before the visit.
